What is Drive-Up Storage?

At Storage Center of North Hampton, our Drive-Up storage are brand-new, outdoor, non-climate control units specifically designed for easy access by vehicle for loading and unloading items. We offer various sizes with large overhead doors which are ideal for storing appliances, household items and contractor storage.

How do I rent Storage?

  • Our state-of-the-art lock system allows tenants to complete the rental and move-in process remotely at any time. You can complete the seamless rental here by clicking Rent Now.
  • In-Person Transactions: Visit our facility located at 82Lafayette Road, North Hampton, NH 03862 and use the iPad located in the easily accessible “Self-Service Rental Center” to complete your storage rental.
  • Customer Service: You can call us anytime at 603-379-9972 and speak to a rental specialist or visit our office by appointment or during office hours.

How quickly can I move in?

The online rental feature is available at all times. You can rent the unit immediately and move-in any time during gate access hours.

What is the Difference between the “Self-Service Rental Center”, the Office and Gate Access:

  • The “Self-Service Rental Center” is located at the facility and is where you can book a unit, make changes to your account, or make a payment via our iPad kiosk.
  • Office is on-site and is where there will be a customer-service specialist available to assist with client needs.
  • Gate access is a specified time in which you can access your individual storage.

Being a fully-automated facility, it is not necessary for the office to be open in order to rent a unit or gain gate access to an existing rental unit.

What are the Rental Hours, Office Hours and Gate Access Hours?

Rental Hours

  • Website – 24/7
  • Live Customer Phone Support – 24/7
  • “Self-Service Rental Center” – 6:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Gate Access Hours

  • Daily: 6:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Office Hours

  • Thursday – Saturday: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM (excluding major holidays)

Do I Need to Bring My Own Storage Lock?

No. At the Storage Center of North Hampton, each unit is conveniently equipped with a secure, technologically advanced, Storage Center DaVinci disc lock which is provided for initial unit access. This unique lock may be purchased for a one-time fee of $25.00 or rented for a monthly fee of $2.00. For online rentals, purchasing the lock is initially required but may be returned for a credit to your account. The option of providing your own lock and returning the Storage Center DaVinci Lock is available by contacting Management.

What are Your Security Features?

The Storage Center of North Hampton is a brand-new facility with the following state-of-the-art security features:

  • Electronic gate entry with coded keypad and mobile app access
  • Individual Storage Center DaVinci disc locks, each with a unique security barcode
  • 24-hour live and recorded video surveillance cameras located throughout the facility
  • Well-lit “Self-Service Rental Center” and fully illuminated facility grounds
  • 24-hour customer support

How Do I Pay My Storage Bill?

As a new customer at Storage Center of North Hampton, you will automatically be enrolled in Auto-Bill and will be provided an email generated receipt. Payment methods include: Credit card, Debit card or ACH debit.

(1) Visiting www.storagecenterofnorthhampton.com and clicking “Pay Your Bill”.

(2) Using the iPad located in the “Self-Service Rental Center” and logging into your account by selecting “Pay Bill” option.

(3) Calling 603-379-9972 and making a credit card or ACH debit payment.

Do I need Tenant Storage Insurance?

Yes. We DO NOT assume liability for the goods you store. However, we do offer tenant insurance for purchase through a third party vendor. During your leasing process you can secure a policy through STORESMART INSURANCE. For additional information please visit www.storsmartinsurance.com

*Although most insurance policies exclude off premise storage and are often more expensive, you can elect the option to provide an insurance binder with proof of coverage through your renters or home owner’s policy. Please contact management for additional details.

What Items Am I not Allowed to Store?

The following items are prohibited from being stored in your unit:

  • Live Animals and Plants
  • Perishables
  • Liquids
  • Explosives
  • Flammable Liquids and Fuels
  • Toxic Materials
  • Any Items that Need to be in a Controlled Environment
